Welcome to Bible Breathing (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

Bible Breathing is designed to support spiritual reflection and breathing practices through curated scripture-based sessions.

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Not Medical or Professional Advice

The App provides spiritual and breathing guidance for general wellness and reflection.

• The App does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice
• It is not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment
• Always consult a qualified professional regarding health-related concerns

Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

3. Accounts & Data

The App does not require user accounts.

Most data, including saved verses and session progress, is stored locally on your device.
Some verse content may be periodically synced from a remote database to keep content up to date.

We do not guarantee that all content will always be available offline.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Bible Breathing may offer optional paid features through subscriptions.

• Payments are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• We do not manage billing or refunds directly

Prices and features may change in the future.

5. Content

Scripture content provided in the App is for personal reflection and devotional use.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy:

• Content may be edited, updated, or removed over time
• We do not guarantee completeness or suitability for every individual

6. Intellectual Property

All app design, features, and original content are owned by Bible Breathing or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided “as is”
• We are not responsible for any loss, harm, or damages arising from use of the App

Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

8. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update:

• App features
• Content
• These Terms of Use

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue access to the App at any time without notice if necessary.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
